Achieve Consistent Syringe Dispensing with Micro-Dot™

The Micro-Dot™ manual syringe dispenser from DYMAX combines a precise, infinitely variable and repetitive, hand-held dispenser with a readily available, inexpensive syringe fluid reservoir.  The Micro-Dot functions as a complete dispensing system for machine-ready 3, 5, and 10 mL syringes, allowing users to dispense a wide variety of adhesives, sealants, encapsulants, lubricants, and thread lockers with repeatability and precision.

The Micro-Dot is offered in both a lever-actuated and thumb-actuated model to allow users an alternative in the technique of gripping and actuating the dispense.  The lever-actuated Micro-Dot grants users the freedom to grip the dispenser handle or the syringe barrel - dispensing can be actuated by either a finger or thumb press of the lever - whichever is most comfortable for them.  With the thumb-actuated model, users must grip the dispenser by the handle and use only their thumb to actuate the dispense.

The dispenser uses a positive displacement design to advance a plunger in precise increments each time the actuating thumb button or lever is depressed.  Setting output volumes is easy, allowing them to be set with just a twist of a control knob.  The Micro-Dot can dispense in volumes from microliters to milliliters making it highly versatile.
