Conformal Coating with Secondary Moisture Cure

Dual-cure 9481-E-PZ conformal coating is a chemically-resistant, UV/Visible light- and moisture-cure material with no solvents added. It’s specifically formulated to ensure complete cure in applications where shadow areas on high-density printed circuit boards are a concern. The coating flows underneath components into shadow areas and cures over time with ambient moisture. The product fluoresces vivid blue when exposed to UV light (365 nm) for easy inspection of coating coverage. 9481-E also features a low viscosity for easy dispensing.

This product is optimized for coating thicknesses between 25 mic [0.001 in] and 127 mic [0.005 in] and excels in coating applications where chemical and abrasion resistance is critical.
